Arjen Doelman

Arjen Doelman has been a lawyer since 2011 and working at the La Gro Geelkerken attorneys law firm since 2014, focusing on construction and property law. Arjen’s primary activity is to advise and litigate for building contractors, project developers, housing corporations, and local authorities on matters relating to the purchase/sale, development, and construction of property and property projects. He advises his clients and, where necessary, represents them in legal proceedings on the formation and interpretation of property contracts, in construction law disputes, and in the area of real rights, liability law, acquisition/loss of title to property due to prescription, and statutory rights and duties between neighbours. Arjen also has extensive experience drawing up and advising on contracts for services, purchase agreements, and agreements with public authorities.
