Benjamin Niemeijer

Benjamin Niemeijer is an experien­ced Intellectual Property Lawyer and Partner of LGGA with in special focus on technology transfer in various sectors such as health and life sciences. Benjamin is tech savvy and has an in-depth knowledge of digital asset management and financing projects based on tokens / blockchain techno­logy. Benjamin is active in the field of fintech and his knowledge on intellectual property in combination with the fin­tech sector allows Benjamin to meticu­lously and decisively advise his clients. Benjamin was also initiator of the Foundation Crypto Delta and the first successful security token offering in the Netherlands. Benjamin’s team is experienced in ad­vising on the status of the Intellectual Property Portfolio, including (pending) trademark registrations, (pending) patent filings and trade secrets and other unregistered intellectual property rights. Benjamin is an arbitrator of the sixth Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and secretary to the MPC Arbitration Tribunal in The Hauge.
