Gerard Gort

Gerard has been working as a lawyer in business law and corporate law for the best part of 20 years, both in the business domain and for non-profits. What he relishes more than anything is to assist entrepreneurs and directors in complex legal matters while keeping everything understandable and manageable for them, and to subsequently clearly record the agreements or positions. Bespoke assistance instead of endless models. This includes all kinds of contract negotiations, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, including agreements to resolve shareholder disputes, proceedings on (dissolved) legal entities, etc.
