Thomas Timmers

Thomas Timmers has worked at La Gro Geelkerken Attorneys since 2018. His work includes drafting, advising and litigating on various types of (international) commercial contracts. This includes distribution agreements, agency agreements, and franchise agreements. Beyond preparing such contracts, his advisory scope extends to how to terminate them, (re)negotiate them, and assess existing contractual relationships. Thomas regularly acts in business disputes concerning liability issues, the performance of contracts and the interpretation of commercial contracts.
