Gerben Barendregt

Gerben Barendregt has been working at La Gro Geelkerken since 2005, as a lawyer and partner. He specialises in commercial disputes, organisational restructuring, business law, and insolvency law. Gerben advises companies and directors on (dis)continuity issues. He regularly litigates and advises on trade disputes, takeovers, and directors’ and officers’ liability. He is also appointed as receiver in bankruptcy cases. Gerben studies his client’s interests in depth to be able to devise an effective strategy together with the client. He has highly developed numerical skills and approaches problems from a broader perspective instead of looking only at the legal aspect.
