Hans Turenhout

Hans Turenhout has been a lawyer since 1993, focusing on property-related administrative law right from the start. He assists and advises public authorities and companies in property development projects. His work consists of advising and litigating on zoning plans, environmental permits, cost recovery agreements, collaboration agreements, and municipal land policy (loss resulting from government planning decisions, preferential rights for municipalities, and expropriations).
