Pieter van den Oord

Pieter has been a lawyer at the La Gro Geelkerken attorneys since 2007. Over the period 2019-2021, he was the firm’s managing partner. Drawing on his experience as a lawyer and director, he assists entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and other strategic processes. He also heads up the firm’s Procurement Law, Competition Law, and State Aid team. Pieter tells it like it is, sets the strategy, and will take care of things for you.   • State aid law: assisting and advising (semi-)public bodies and companies in the area of state aid, including in the purchase and sale of land, financing constructions, public-private partnerships and land development, reporting aid or filing complaints with the European Commission, assisting parties in audits by the European Commission;
