Tahir Bodha

Tahir has been an attorney since 2011 and has worked at La Gro Geelkerken Advocaten since 2020. He is an experienced specialist in intellectual property law, contract law and privacy law. Tahir has been an entrepreneur for many years which, combined with his legal expertise, makes him a valuable strategic partner for his clients. Tahir is valued by his clients for his stability, determination and talent for keeping an overview; he likes to clarify issues, rather than complicate them. Tahir's large international network, personal background and broad experience make him a strong advocate for inclusiveness and diversity. • Intellectual Property: specialist in IP matters; advises and litigates in respect of (infringement of) copyrights, trade names, patents, trademarks and designs; conducts patent research; assists in filing applications for international, EU and Benelux trademarks and designs; advises on legal structures within which IP rights can be leveraged. 
• IT law: advises on complex IT contracts and collaborations; litigates on (failed) IT projects and failed collaborations. 
• Privacy: AVG / GDPR specialist, advises on AVG implementation, revises and reviews processor agreements, privacy statements, processing registers, privacy policies, and more; litigates on privacy rights and is involved in larger Privacy compliance projects.
