Wim van Meegdenburg

Wim has been working as a lawyer since 2014, whereby his focus is mainly on business and insolvency law. Multiple larger companies and institutions have engaged Wim for advisory services in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, (project) financing issues, (financial) restructuring, and (enforcement of) security interests. On top of that, Wim is regularly appointed receiver in bankruptcy cases and also litigates and advises (for) creditors in bankruptcy law cases.
