Daniël de Vries

Daniël de Vries has been a lawyer since 1999 and has worked for La Gro Geelkerken advocaten since 2023. Daniël litigates and advises in the field of real estate law in general and rental law in particular. His work includes advising housing corporations, commercial landlords, healthcare institutions and franchise organizations. His daily activities consist of drafting and reviewing agreements, advising on issues such as renovation, housing fraud, nuisance issues and housing of migrant workers. Furthermore, Daniel litigates on a regular basis. He is a no-nonsense lawyer who prefers a practical solution to costly legal proceedings: settle if possible, litigate if necessary.
