Fabio Canovai

Fabio Canovai has been a lawyer at La Gro Geelkerken attorneys since 2018. He advises and litigates on various types of (international) commercial contracts and precontractual liability. Aside from that, he represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, while also advising and litigating on various types of business law-related disputes and corporate governance issues (including directors’ and officers’ liability, shareholder disputes). Fabio is a member of the Young Bar of The Hague, where he has sat on various of committees. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling to discover new places. He also does a lot of sports. He cycles in the dunes a lot or goes out for runs.
